Paper Guidelines

Final paper should not exceed 12 pages printed on A4 size paper in Times New Roman 12-point font with 1.5 spacing, including references, tables, and figures. Authors should avoid using abbreviations, symbols, and footnotes. Text should be justified.
Authors should clearly write their designations, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses and fax numbers, etc. on the cover page for potential use by the editorial office and later by the production office. All tables and figures should be on separate pages, not included within the text, but have their intended position clearly indicated, e.g., (Insert Table 1). Articles must be clearly written in concise and unambiguous English and must be logically organized. Submission of a paper implies that the work is original which has not been submitted or published previously and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Review and Evaluation Process

The technical committee comprised of learned Researchers/Academicians will review the papers. It is suggested that authors should review their papers prior to submission to the conference. The conference authority strives to provide decisions and constructive feedback to authors. Articles submitted for the conference are evaluated according to the significance of the theoretical and methodological contributions; degree to which the paper fits the theme of the conference; literature appropriateness; adequacy of methodology of study; appropriateness of the analysis ,discussion, interpretation of the results, clarity of presentation and contribution of the study for future research.

Abstract and Keywords

Papers must include an abstract of approximately 250 words that summarizes the key points of the  study. Two to five keywords should be included to identify the contents of the paper.

References

References should be listed in alphabetical order. Each listed reference should be cited in the text and each work cited in the text be listed in the references.

In-Text Citation

References should be properly cited in the text of the paper.

Footnotes

Authors should avoid using footnotes. However, if it is essential, please put it at the end of the article before the reference section.
