At its inception I could never have imagined the Fashion Department at Iqra to have blossomed and flowered into such an expansive program as it is today. Iqra presently can proudly stand amongst the elite fashion design institution of the country, boasting of a faculty from distinguished institutions of the world.

Fashion in Pakistan , is a growing industry and recently it has picked up pace with great alacrity. We at Iqra are aware of this aspect in our country and have been able to endow the fashion and textile department with a unique cultural characteristic of our country's indigenous richness.

Iqrians nowadays have opened their own fashion outlets/boutiques in various places in the twin cities while top fashion designers interact with the faculty and students on a regular basis
